This ones great as it really utilises arm and stomach muscles -
right, you know how above your stairs, theres that landing banister like

basically, face it, and put both arms should width apart, then raise your legs, and keeping them tucked, do dips on the banister.
simple as!

I think i would break my banester. It's very shaky as it is, and I don't think this would help :P
