okay so my bf mom says some really rude things about me to my bf. Like really horrible things.
So I mean I figure she doesn't like me right?

but then on christmas there was a gift and stocking for me. It was sweet.

But i'm just wondering....is this me getting accepted or not?

I'm really hopefull to be accepted into his family because we plan to marry in the future :D

Well it is christmas, and I dont think anybody is going to be mean that day. Best thing would be to sit her down- just you and her and talk about why she treats you the way she does.

My ex-boyfriend's dad never really liked me but I just decided I would be as nice as possible and deal with it. Honestly, even if you get married you'll see his parents only a few times a year. Just be nice and respectful, don't worry about MAKING them like you.

It could just be that she wants the best for her child and she doesn't think that's you. And in my experience there is almost no way of changing it, all you can do is prove that your not going anywhere and what she says isn't going to work.
I know cuz my nan was like it to me gf to begin with
