From the way you worded your question I take it that you are talking about penis growth, not height, but the answer would be the same for either. Masturbation does not effect your penis size or your height or slow down the rate of growth.

masterbating does not slow down growth in any way shape or form, just a myth and everyone goes through puberty at a different rate, you can keep growing till around 21

how r u in the last stage if your 13 and started @ 11 you shouldn't even be a quarter done and if you think it's stunting your growth it's probably because your not finished yet DUH!

If you believe the adverts for penis enlargment products stretching your penis might even make it longer.

I've heard that having a boner and keeping it up (i.e. wanking rather than let it go away sooner) makes you get better and harder erections too.
