Ok, I don’t really know why, but I’ve been having these episodes of depression (I think I’m bi-polar) the thing is yesterday I’ve reached the bottom and end up cutting my arms… I haven’t done that for 2 years, and now I feel stupid for doing it because I know that I don’t really solve a thing, but I just can’t help it and I felt better after doing it… the thing is, I don’t really trust myself anymore cause I’ve been thinking about doing it again. My cuts are nothing serious though, they’re not deep but I still have marks. I guess I just need to find something to do when I’m felling low… idk what though…

Go outside for a walk...read a book...there are many things to do.

Thanks 4 answering that fast Diego… appreciate that. I know there are many things to do, but I just don’t feel like doing anything at all, it’s like I’m trapped on this vicious circle… I’ll try to do it anyways.

PS: about your neck sore, try 2 get some massages… or massage it yourself that can help a bit

Throw away your knifes... if you really don't want to do it, and you want to stop, you'll be making yourself a HUGE favor ;)

Well the thing is that I haven’t done it with knifes, I’ve done it with the bottle opener, that’s weird but it cuts al the same… I don’t know why I feel better now (after cutting), which worries me cause I might end up doing that every time I’m feeling bad or having a bad time.

:hug: Sorry to hear you've cut. I know how you feel as I'm in a similar situation. When I feel like cutting during the day then I go somewhere public, it really works. I take my mp3 player and sit on the bus/train/bench/grass. The urge/need to cut lessens the longer I'm there. Try this hun.
