Does anyone have any good work out routines or tips to gain some weight? cus ive been trying to gain muscle/weight for ages but it seems that no matter how much i eat/exercise i never gain any weight....does anyone else have this problem?

Ok to start gaining weight you have to stock up on calories and get lots of protiens(egg, meat,etc), set a consistent time for eating and working out. Although you do need fat try to get them from healthier sources like nuts and salmon and prepare meals with olive oil. You do have to eat more so choose haealthier meals. Next part is working out. Focus more on aerobics(pushing your body until it physicly cant anymore) and weight training. Any cardio can become an aerobic. The diffrence is with cardio you stop at a certain time in aerobic you stop til you cant anymore. Start with basic exercises like push ups, curl ups, and mountain climbers, but once you start getting comfortable push it up. Same with weights start with a weight that you can only do 15 repetitions and once that becomes easy pick a new weight. Always strech before you begin any excersise. Focus on one part of the body each day. For example one day you can do legs and then the other day, arms. Once you work out a body part dont anymore for three days after to aviod stressing the body. A small disclaimer in order for your abs to show you have to have very little stomach fat so you might want to begin with weight loss and begin with cardio. Remember to lose weight you have to intake less calories than what you burn and to gain muscle you have to get more calories then what you burn. To burn more calories you can start with weight training and then cardio. It wont be easy but trust me it gets easier over time. You have to stick with it. my brothers friends a bodybulider and he puts raw eggs in a blender than drinks it
it smells and looks disgusting >.< hahax
