I read the policy and i have a good virus/spyware/adware scanner. I have bearshare lite. That has NO spyware adware etc. The regular bearshare does yes.

eh, the best p2p app is definitely Shareaza! Check it out: http://www.shareaza.com

its free and no spyware or adware and it has an awesome interface. but i loooove how it can connect to EDonkey and Gnutella (1 & 2) networks (limewire, bearshare, Gnucleus, and some others) and it can also download torrents because it has a built-in bittorrent system. And u can also control how much u upload to other computers and u can ignore ur max bandwidth limit to speed up ur downloads. oh yeah, and u can act as a hub or just a normal leaf and also if u are downloading from (or uploading to) another Gnutella program, then u can chat with the user with its messaging thingy.

its awesome :D
