You're not 13 with a 6.8" penis. You're not 18 with a 9 inch penis. Yes MAYBE 0.05% of the VT population are at that size, but you all know you're lying when you say "im 13 and my penis is 5.5 in hard" it's not impossible, but it's obvious that you're lying.
Most 13-year-olds are around 3". 15-year-olds are probably near 6" average, and that continues for the rest of your life. Of course that's average and many of you will be well under that and a couple of you may be above it.

I think the purpose of this is to try to break the cycle, or at least get it off VT. I mean, it only feeds into supporting the idea that you have to be a certan size to fit in, or to be good enough. Remember guys, that while some are undoubtedly lying and some people exaggerate (either on purpose or because they subconsciously mismeasure or inflate their size over time), it is also true that people with larger than average sizes are more likely to answer questions about size. Since you're not seeing a totally unbiased sample of the distribution, its seemingly impossible skew might not reflect lying.
