Can we make a notification system when you get notifications when someone posts on the thread you createD?

You can subscribe to a thread and get notifications thru email, and you can view those threads and whether there are new posts in them via the UserCP.

No, you don't understand, you don't HAVE to use email. Go to the top of the thread on the bar below "New Post". Click Thread Tools. Under "Subscribe", you can subscribe but have no email notification, instant email notification, daily email notification, or weekly email notification. Any way you do it, you can go to your UserCP to check on threads the threads you subscribed to, to see if there are any new posts in them.

I subscribe, but not by email. just subscribe by control panel and all the new posts in threads will show up

Or. search threads started by user,on your profile under info. It'll come up in order of most recent posts first.

Go to Thread Tools and Subscribe to the thread. Through the Subscribe screen, select "Instant Email Notification" on the drop-down list.

You must have MSN installed, and make sure the setting is to give a popup message when you receive a new email. You must be logged-in to MSN in order to receive a popup like this.

Since it's "instant notification", the site will send a message to you as soon as one of the threads you subscribed to gets a new reply.

oh, nvm. i thought you were talking about some neato VT addon that someone coded.

I want no email notifications... less evidence. So i just have it show in my CP
