Who has their new album? And who loves it as much as I do?
I noticed their style changed in some way. But I think it's kind of for the better because it makes their music more enjoyable for a wider group of listeners. My favorite tracks on The Black Parade:
1. The End
2. Dead!
3. This is How I Disappear
4. The Sharpest Lives
5. Welcome to the Black Parade
9. Mama
11. Teenagers
12. Disenchanted

I normally hate emo, but I made the exception for the song Welcome to the Black parade; it's great.

You actually like "Teenagers"! Everyone else is like, "Meh.."
What about "I Don't Love You"? It's really stuck in my head. I'll go listen to it now.

Emo is about "I'm alone, slitting my wrists, I'm gonna end my life" but MCR has flair and style. They are talented and not out to make you even more depressed. Notice how upbeat the tempo of most of their songs are? Yeah.

no it isn't, at all. Emo was a splinter genre of punk in the late 80's early 90's. This new "emo" has very very little to do with the original Emotional Hardcore

that's just like saying classical has changed, classical music is now Elvis. Emo died in the early 90's, this nu emo is actually pop punk

Teenagers is a cross between punk and country.
