i like to play sports in my free time like cricket, hockey, volleyball, and football. normally sports are very beneficial for our fitness. its maintain our body and keep control over the weight.people can get good exercise and live a fit via playing sports game.

The thing is that being in a sport doesent nesseseraly mean its a work out, but if your a good player your going to want to improve your game, so you work out. For example you can play baseball and br at 3rd base but if a ball never comes your way you just stand there, thus not burning calories. Same thing with basketball. That your in a team doesent mean you play. Also many people are in sports but are a little "heavier". But your right some people are healthier and sports play a great part.
