It was on years ago I believe Cartoon Network? It was racing, I remember an old man(He would talk from a stand into a mic) and a little kid and a white car the Mach 5? and the brother of the little kid died in a racing accident in the same car, he crashed into the guard rail, any ideas?

Indeed it was. However, this guy seems to be insisting that it most emphatically wasn't Speed Racer.

I don't know, it just sounded creepy the way he described it.

Pretty sure it was Speed Racer dude. Can't think of any other racing show on Cartoon Network besides Wacky Racers, which didn't have anything to do with a brother being killed.
