no, girls don't ejaculate very often. some girls can make themselves squirt. We mostly get wet when we are aroused, but we don't usually ejaculate.

From what I remember, not all girls can ejaculate and those that can probably don't ejaculate every time they have an orgasm.

No, some girls have different reactions (don't know a better word so deal with that one) to having an orgasm. Some may get the obvious shakes, heart beats more, tension, contractions all that jazz, but may not actually 'cum' or 'ejaculate' while others do. They either squirt like that has been said before, or either a white or clean substance come out or it can even be urine (yes gross i know), and that is what is referred to as 'female ejaculation'.
