Sometimes I don't take my medication because I don't want to help myself... Like i mean... I'm not sure how to explain it.
With self harm I always want to mess myself up a bit... I don't know why. it's confusing. When i don't take my medication I get very dizzy and disorientated. I like not being able to think or concentrate like that when there is stuff I don't want to think about.
Is this self harm?

self harm is when you know somethings going to hurt but you do it anyways so make the decision for yourself <3

Uhh.. I'd say yes, because you are causing harm to your body.
