ok well i thought i had the answer to this from my dad but it turns out from some research on the web (i know not the best source haha) anyways, ok now from what i've seen on the web and in health books is that if the penis is circumcised then it has a defined head and if its not then a piece of skin will be able to retract over it and such, well mine is neither of those. it doesnt really have a defined head but it doesnt really have foreskin. there is skin from my shaft to my head but i cant pull it back and all around it, is holes but the bottom of my head appears to be normal. i guess a better explanation would be on the top of my head there is two holes but a small piece of skin going from my shaft to my head, its like that all around my head except for at the very bottom. i asked my dad before cause it honestly looks weird but he said its fine and it'll fix itself, well it hasnt and now erections are starting to hurt from the pieces of skin going from my shaft to my head, any ideas as to what i should do? and at the moment my dad is out of state so if i were to see a doctor i'd have to tell my mom ._.

Its called a frenelum, try not to pull on the foreskin during and erection. I would go and see a doctor.

a cut penis doesn't have any skin to pull over like when you are uncut.

yeah i know and im cut but i do have some skin that is still attatched to me head but theres holes in it all the way around it until you get to the very bottom of my head

Go see a doctor so they can do an operation to fix that... If you let it go on like that for too long, the frenulum could snap during and erection/masturbation/intercourse, and be very painful... I'd see a doctor...

well it might be awkward to talk to my mom about it but your right its better to check it out now then have to in an emergency. but do you think there would be anybody else i could tell that would be easier? oh and one more thing, you said not to oull on the skin when i have an erection, its not from me pulling on it, its just from the skin being too tight
