Howdy so I heard this is a rare allergy but I think I may have it. First I'll give you a basic time line of events involving carrots that makes me think I'm allergic
When I was about 12 my mom had me eat carrots for the first time and I ended up breaking out in a rash bout 10 mins later, wasnt super bad though.
And more recently where I use to work I ate some carrots cause I wanted to see if it would happen again (wanted to make sure). I ate them but didnt break out in a rash, however my skin felt like it was on pins and needles all over my back and was unbearable.
It was at a camp so I thought it may of been something else, so I did it agian after my symptoms were clear for a couple days, long behold it happened again.
Now for allergies I dont really hear about that as a symptom, and carrot allergies are rare, so do y'all think it I am allergic? Hoping someone may have a little experience in this department
