do the plank exercise. you have to watch what you eat as well. taco bell is terrible for you, so don't get it. eat a little better and do some sit ups, planks and push ups (you can feel it in your abs) then you should be good.

To view a flavored water alternative must.if if we can increase the body& metabolism, burning calories then we have a relatively longer life than before that the same regular activities. As a result, we can increase fat metabolism and reducing body fat more easily and faster.Strengthen core muscles. Together, lose belly fat, select exercises that use the core muscles. workouts are effective dance, pilates, crunches and leg raises and knee. For best results, keep your abdominal muscles tight throughout the workouts.Drink nuclear abundance of water instead of soda. The water is easier to lose weight.

Cardio, and ab workouts. That'll get you to that flat stomach in no time.

Diet doesn't really matter for me. Ive been like 125lbs for a year or so and it never goes over that. But im sure my abs would be better if i didnt eat so much taco bell haha

I'm not over weight, but i do have a little bit of baby fat. not much at all, but i'd like to have a flat tummy as well, like other girls do. and nothing mentioned above has helped me much, to be honest.

Do exercise or take 15-25 push-ups a day as a start. You should watch what you eat, avoid fatty foods and carbonated drinks that can cause bloated stomach.

Muscles on Ur stomach are what keeps it tight and flat, it's when you don't use them often that they become weak and create a round appearance that and a bit of extra flab probably. Sit ups and body tension exercises are Ur best bet ;)

core stability exercise like Sit-ups, Plank, Side Plank, Crunches, Leg Raises and Burpees. The Important thing you have to remember is that you should not hold for more then 20 seconds, every 5 mins take a 2 min rest and do not tense your stomach and thats all in it realy do this full routine when you get up and go to bed every day for a couple of months, this also helps increase abs so good luck.

You should also consider genetics. Sometimes your genetics won't allow you to get abs (like me). I hit the gym everyday and I run a mile or two everyday and eat healthy. But, I still weigh 200lbs.

Going Further As we say in PE GCSE, HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE this is making informed decissions about your health which includes what your eating, when your getting a 6 pack just to use it as a point you may have one but fat is covering it so you must lose fat, Exercise Regualy, Gym Every OTHER Day to give recovery and eat in modesty
