If you give up now then you will have to start again. There are so many things you can do instead of cutting.

its getting harder

oh my gosh one my best friends who died very recently had already gotten christmas presents for me and the other one. i ahvent opened the actual present yet but theres a card with a letter written on it. i started crying and crying when i read the first sentence, "Dear Andrew, Can't wait to see you after the break!"

I'm sorry nat and Emma I dont think I can make it to Christmas but these terrible feelings killing me. I'll still try to do my best

You can make this! Believe me. But first you have to accept it and want to stop yourself, and try to believe in yourself too.
