You really wish that were true don't you. 13-year-olds have barely begun, sometimes haven't begun puberty, the average adult size is a little less than 6", so for what you're saying to be true 13-year-olds would have to be within a few months of puberty ending. We know you're lying, it's cute and all, but like I said we know you're lying.

Anyway when I was 13 I was probably 5.5", I haven't grown (there) since I was 12 really, it pisses me off because when I was 13 and a 6" I thought "Hey it can only get bigger, I'm gonna be huge!" and... It's not grown in almost 2 years.
