So just in the last few months i have had a little bit of a tummy. Im not overweight but its just a little bit of fat maybe 5 or 10 pounds. What's the easiest way to lose this? I ski so my legs are quite toned. Don't simply say exercise but what's somethigng specific that i could do to lose this weight in a short period of time?

um run...seriously running really is the best exercise..cut down on snack foods and eat a large breakfast, small lunch, and satisfying dinner. Also if you can get around to it, swim for about an hour, because swimming is the healthiest form of aerobic exercise. And, of course, lift a little bit because everybody likes abs. (:

Lifting weights has been proven to be more effective to lose fat in certain areas of the body, so why not hit the gym a few days a week if this was an option you would be perfectly healthy in say 4-6 months as long as you stayed with your current cardio exercises as well.
If you can't make it to the gym then try doing some core work, press ups, sit ups, dips etc. there are a vast variety of these which could all be found online i guess.

Actually it is scientifically proven that eating smaller more frequent snacks instead of eating 3 big meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is far more healthier and more successful of keeping weight off. Your has less food to digest each meal therefore less gets processed into fat cells. This is not to say "dont eat breakfast lunch and dinner".. Of course you should eat a breakfast every morning...
What you do is just eat LESS at each of those big meals, and eat a snack inbetween each of those meals. so each is not a big meal but more of a snack.
