I have a pain and a worry...

So I have a strange lump in my ball sack. My first thought was 'cancer!', but I'm not too sure...

For one, it's not a real lump. it's more like... scrambled egg! it's just like scrambled egg. It's around the tubes going from my left testis to my body.

The other point is; it's not always there! It comes and goes seemingly randomly. It's really confusing :( .

I just thought to ask there because- and I don't know if this is a separate issue- I had a horrible pain in my anus today. It was awful- like a small spike, moving around under the flesh. I couldn't feel it moving, but it was at different places around my rear end, and it was the exact same feeling!

Sometimes it made me feel like I needed to crap, but I couldn't, presumably because I didn't really need. This is the first time this has happened.

Usually, as far as I'm aware, cancerous lumps are harder than usual and don't move much, but the fact that you're experiencing pain might mean it's worth getting it checked out.

If you're really concerned and it's bothering you, make an appointment with a doctor. Don't be embarrassed or feel that it's not worth it - if it did turn out to be something, you'd be glad that you got it sorted and if it isn't anything, then you know and can stop worrying about it.

I don't know about the lump but the anus pain is pretty common.
I get them all the time, I googled them and it said it's nothing to worry about.
But ouch :/

and for the anal pain (i do not no if you have ) but if you have done anal sec recently that could be possible theory and as for wanting a crap but cant like charlie said constapation?

Did anyone else think on parasites? or do i watch too many movies? Anyways, any protuberance within your body should get you straight to the doctor. Specially in places where there shouldnt be any. On a side note, testicle cancer is one of the few kinds of cancer that is painless, so you have to be extra careful with that. Id really recommend you RUN to a doctor.

Dude, definitely get it checked out. It might not be cancer, but it could be something else. It'll probably be embarrassing, but it is worth doing.
