Hi there.
Well today I got my girl friend a mixture of sweets out of Thorntons, her birthdays coming up so I also got her a card. However I didn't get her a Christmas card; I want to make her one.

Could you give me some pointers on what to say? I also want to write a poem that's not too obvious, but sweet. What color of pen do I use? How should I decorate it? :what:

Also would it be safe if I kissed her cheek when I give her it.

You just really have to think about what kind of card she'd like, we can't really tell you what to say, or use. Just put some kind of sweet little poem in it, with the color of the pen some color she likes. Decorating it, well.. it's a Christmas card. It needs to be something circulated around Christmas. I think it's safe to kiss her cheek, I'm sure she'd like it. It's a sweet thing to do. :)

Hard to tell without knowing anything about her, but I gave one of my female friends a birthday card made out of 10-dollar bills once, and wrote "Roses are red, violets are blue, call me crazy, but i'd like to bone you".

She loved it, but she ended up tearing it up for the money. But the point, be creative. Don't make it to serious(Unless she likes that junk), and a bit of humor never hurt anyone.

I agree with Daniel_, you have to be creative and give her something only she will have. Something that will make her feel special. Write an easy poem, make her feel that you care for her, it doesn't have to be to obvious, just kind of like.. thanking her for her friendship and telling her you appreciate her company... that's what I think.
As for the design.. do whatever you feel will look good and reflect your personality, if you want to keep it simple or include a huge amount of details (girls like it), then do it. Do whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Good luck!
