Why do girls start masturbating (with a number of exceptions when it comes to the girl themselves) after guys do, when girls biologically go through puberty first. Also why do guys masturbate more?

Who is to say girls don't start masturbating before guys do? I think a stereotype is at work here. Girls can be just as horny as guys and masturbate. I guess most girls are more, private when it comes to masturbating. Where (if you read boys puberty) guys will just about do it anywhere any time they can. And well guys also have more of a sex drive I guess, thus making them horny, thus they grab their little fella.

i agree with what Zero Beat said. it is a stereotype. i masturbate a lot probs more than a lot of guys. and i didnt really know what i was doing but when i was 5 i started humping the bed everyday cause it felt great. little did i know that what i was doing was masturbating :P

Idk but maybe cuz boys r more sensitive and need to get rid of all their sperm that gets built up.
