How do i get help without having to talk to my dad about the situation?

ok sorry i just didnt want to bitch no offence to everyone else who shars its just weird for me. well My grandmother,grandfather cat lol and mom died in about a 2 year period which was awhile ago. like 2 years ago. But about a year before that i started to isolate myself from my friends and family becuase im a real dick and didnt want to hurt anyone. and now i feel really alone and cant relate to anyone and i cant communicate to the general population.

i used to be the same way... it takes time for you to re-evaluate who you are and who you think you should be. talk to me if you want some more help or advice

so if i want "professiona"l help and dont want to talk to my dad about it is there anything i can do?

Talk to your GP about it. They can then refer you to counselling or whatever he/she sees best for your situation.
Whatever you do, don't leave things to get worse just because you don't want to/can't talk to your dad about it.
