So are their any dishes that you'e heard about but either cant afford or have just not had any opportunity to try, and that you really want to.

Lobster is a very expensive luxury in England, I'd love to try Lobster Thermidor.

We dont really get clams. I love cockles and mussels so I guess I would love clams too, so I'd like to try american-style clams.

Meh, lobster is so-so. Don't really go daft on it.

I've always wanted to try truffles in some way or another. Never had them before and don't know what all the hype is about.

Truffles have a very fine taste, it smells a little like mushroom but it tastes totally different. Actually I like eating it, but I've only had it twice in my life xD

I wanna know what snake tastes like, some guys told me it tasted like chicken lol

I want to try kangaroo meat. I can't remember if I had any last time I was in Aus, but either way it'd still be interesting. Haven't had Vegemite in years, it costs a shitload of money here in Texas.

I'd also like to have a camel burger.

So many things!
I want to travel the world if possible, so I want a bit of ANYTHING I can get my hands on.
Examples: horse, snake, deer, kangaroo, anything else that happens to come my way, I'll try it.

I've had the opportunity to eat snails, but not something I could face up to. Wouldnt fancy snake either. I know there's no real logic to it, but its just how it is. Eel I dont like the thought of either, Jellied Eels, traditional English delicacy, mhm, no thanks.

Deer is actually quite good, coming from someone who dislikes meat.
[i live not far from several hunting grounds, my dad hunts =\ ]

I can't think of anything specific i haven't tried that i want to.

I love cockles

Please don't tell us about your personal life.

I'd love to have balut. Balut is duck eggs that have been incubated until the fetus is all feathery and beaky, and then boiled alive. The bones give the eggs a uniquely crunchy texture.

Sounds like an exquisite meal. Just beautiful. I've never seen a food item look so delicious and inexplicably sexy before. Amazing. Fantastic. Fabulous. I'm on the verge of a climactic orgasm.

Let's wash it down with some baby mice wine.

Baby mice wine is a traditional Chinese and Korean "health tonic," which apparently tastes like raw gasoline. Little mice, eyes still closed, are plucked from the embrace of their loving mothers and stuffed (while still alive) into a bottle of rice wine. They are left to ferment while their parents wring their tiny mouse paws in despair, tears drooping sadly from the tips of their whiskers.

This is all going into my wedding day buffet. I'll have a table dedicated to balut, rows and rows of it, followed up by a large fountain of baby mice wine.

Nutra Etouffee! That would be nutra cooked in an Etouffee sauce. Many people mistakenly think its a rat but its closely related to a squiral. I've already had crawfish, reindeer goat rackoon aligator rattlesnake rabit deer duck. If it's an animal inside the USA, (except like rats, dogs or cats) I'll try it! Cajuns are like that.

I'd like to try Italian or French cuisine. No money though. My dad used to bring crabs and lobster all the time because he worked in this one restaurant. He'd pack it with him and we would eat it all. Loved it, a lot. I love seafood in general!
