I think the Fourth Wall section looks too small, and would fit well into The Art Room.

Well what could happen then is what we did with "Mental Illnesses" the subforums would be visible from the index under the category. It could be merged into one category and renamed.

I don't see anything wrong with having Music and Television be merged with the Art Room category, though I prefer The 4th Wall as the category name. That'd just be 6 boards under one category, like General Discussion, which seems fine to me.
