Stephen left beacuse his family found VT, I'm not sure why he's not a retired admin

If they saw his name pointed out like that, it'd be easier for them to look if they really wanted to snoop. And anyway, Stephen has been over VT for quite some time, so not having his name up there is one less reason for him to come back, he's distancing himself. By not being on here and having minimal reasons to come back, he's been doing a lot better in his personal life.
