For Guys and girls question

For all you guys out there, I was just wondering what the first thing you would want girls to do with you, when alone in a bed room,

and vice versa, for girls what would be the first thing you would want to do to a guy, when alone?

I have pretty new experience, but I would just cuddle and then move to taking off a shirt!!!!
