I know this sounds dumb but when I was 16-17 I had psychosis. I was hearing and seeing things that nobody else could see, I would hear three people whispering really fast so I couldn't understand them. Not to mention I was delusional that looking into peoples eyes meant they could read my thoughts. O.o scared the crap out of me.

Anyway, I was locked up in the Psych ward for a while after that where I turned 17.

I hadn't heard anything in a few months now.
Except for Tuesday night and last night. I kept hearing things being moved in my room or touched. I was afraid to look because I could feel it's presence. I didn't fall asleep until eleven.
I didn't have a window open, my fan was off, my door was closed, and the vent in m room faces the wall and has never blown anything around in my room.

I don't know what to do! I don't want to be crazy!

Alot of people have slight paranoia, especially when alone in the dark at night. Although considering your history I think you should keep an eye on it and if it gets any worse, get help.

I also have the same thing, just know that there is noone there. You may want to have a lamp or something right next to your bed so you could immideatly turn on the light and look aroun your room to be sure that there is nobody there

Those are both good suggestions.
I have a fan that emits a little red glow and makes sound so maybe that will help.

keep a flashlight by your bed?

i have one because i read for a couple or hours before i fall asleep.

but now that i used to it being next to me at all times if theres a sound that annoys me or scares me i can figure out what it is.

hope it helps.

good luck

Is it sleep deprivation? Because when im tired at night sitting in bed or doing homework i hear unfamiliar voices talking. I don't usually know what they are saying but i know it's because im tired and i ignore it the best i can.

Though I hallucinate at any time of day, it really picks up at night personally. Maybe it's the paranoia or being more tired like Socio said, I'll just constantly hear voices when attempting to get to sleep.

I have difficulty sleeping both because of insomnia and my paranoia, but I can't get to sleep unless I have both my fan on and the sleep setting on my clock on (ocean waves, it's soothing). I also have a white noise app on my iPod that I'll use. As long as it's a constant droning sound, the more noise, the easier I fall asleep.
