For adults the normal girth range is from 4" - 6".

To be honest mate, there is never an average for teens as everyone's developing and no one wants to measure kid's penises. If you took an average from here, in honesty you'd have an average for the people attempting to break a Guinness World Record for the largest penis. Almost everyone here exaggerates to an extreme, so I wouldn't bother. As Nick said, adult average girths are 4-6in. Go by that, not that it matters.
