I really want to build up my abs and my arms. does anyone have any exercise suggestions? I have like no fat on me but no muscles either. I'm 15, 5'6 and 49kg. I also heard about exercising too much stunting your growth and seeing as I'm short already I'm worried about that. so, what's too much? and how much should I be doing? thanks.
