THIS IS HARD TO EXCPLAIN SO BARE WITH ME
so ever since i can remember i have never felt...right near people no matter if its a parent or a total stranger. every time i have to talk to nother person no matter who and even if is over the littlest thing like saying hi i am panicing on the inside.
when im near animals no matter mine or a random animal i feel... needed and....right.
honestly if someone i knew no matter a friend or parent died i would just say to myself “oh well” and move on but if an amimal died no matter if i know it or not i would have a complete mental breakdown.......is this ok?is there something wrong with me?

Social Phobia it sounds like.
Surprisingly what your describing isn't as uncommon as you think. Alot of people who don't bond well with humans, bond greatly with animals. And it can be used very well too, such as becoming a vet.

I'm somewhat the same way. When my grandmother died, it had very little affect on me. However, when my guinea pig died in January, I was upset for months. I also have this insane bond with my cat. I treat him like my own son, I love him so much. I like the company of animals more than humans generally because most of the time they'll love you unconditionally as long as you feed it and take care of it, and they can't talk back to you like kids can! ^_^

u were right about the social phobie because i did several tests and all of them said i had severe social Anxiety and these are my results for one of them
The scoring scale:
55-65 Moderate social phobia
65-80 Marked social phobia
80-95 Severe social phobia
Greater than 95 - Very severe social phobia
Your score:
58(fear) + 52(avoidance) = 110
You have very severe social anxiety

I can sort of relate to you on the social phobia side of things.
I always find it hard to talk to people, whether they are family or not, and often avoid going out places with friends because I feel I cant do it.
But as you've probably realised its not uncommon and thier are others in your situation.
I don't really know what advice to offer you but, your not alone in feeling like this

I'm diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder.
If the situation is a little too much for me, I completely break down. It's completely humiliating, but it has happened in areas such as a school cafeteria. During the summer, I was freaking out because I was in a bowling alley and there were too many people.
The main part I describe to people is how you just convince yourself that everyone is looking at you, even if they're not. And then every whisper, every laugh, you convince yourself is about you. Then your mind just goes wild with all the things you think they might be thinking about you.
I'll stutter and just become unable to talk sometimes. It's not fun, but you can get on anxiety meds to help it.

its not that i think people are watching or talking about me its more like a fear of people in general....for some reason when im around people even if there is only one i feel that i have to physically fight them or get out of there before something happens

That's the fight or flight reaction.
Those are the instincts that helped cavemen survive in prehistoric times.
Your probably have a anxiety disorder.
I had anxiety problems, and always felt some animosity towards others.
But it's just a stage because with me it just went away.
