Im not sure but i think that You need to have entered Puberty before you can ejaculate. Puberty is the time when a boys balls/testicles will grow bigger and hang.

Testicles dont drop during puberty, that should happen at birth or shortly afterwards. Undescended testicles is a rare but serious condition, if you really believe you are affected consult your doctor immediately.

Well I've already answered that, the whole testicles dropping thing is a misconception. You will ejaculate when your body is ready for it, nothing you do will change that.

I can only tell you my experience and where I'm at now but it might help. I started masturbating when I was 11 but tho I got the orgasm feeling I didnt get any wet stuff. I started ejaculating after i turned 12, first just dribbling out then squirting but it was only clear sticky stuff but it seems to be starting to get a little bit cloudy now and I guess its on the way to being white and thick. That's actually wrong. Your testicles do drop in level, as your scrotum starts to sag lower. Please read online before you post something like this.
