okay I know there's the FAQ up in the menu links next to Blogs but there should be one posted and if you start a thread in Virtual Teen HQ there will be a big area reminding you to read FAQ first.

so many of the same questions are being asked, like why there's a post limit for PM and why comments are moderated etc.

There's a welcome PM that's sent out to new members giving this information to them. Then already in the HQ there's the 'official' site rules.

Struth, I think I suggested something like that way back in september. Good to finally see it happening. :)

I think that instead of a FAQ section, can we have some facts about the site? Like, a link to the history of the site, that has more recent history then 2004, and all of the Gmods and Admins the site has had as well.

I personally think that the 'About Us' is sufficient. All current senior staff listed here (http://www.virtualteen.org/topics/about/staff/). The staff updates constantly, but this one and this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showgroups.php) for current staff. I don't think it's necessary to have a page in the navbar when we have almost all of that in the 'About Us' page. The story page can be tweaked, but it's the original story, I don't think much if anything needs to be added to that.

is there someway to make people read the FAQ before they post a question...especially if there are repeats..

There is no way to make them read anything. There's the 'Welcome PM' when they first join. They agreed to the terms and conditions, if they choose not to read it, there are reminder to let them know if they break a rule.

all right...repeated questions just annoy me...I knew this might not work
