And as far as being ready, you will know when you are ready. You have to be both physically ready (most are by age 15) and emotionally ready (this varies between individuals) I know many many people who had sex at an early age because they thought it was lame to be a virgin...But they later regretted it. Don't go and throw your virginity away for no reason.

If you, and the person that you will be having sex with, feel that you have a good enough connection, and both of you agree and consent, and know you won't regret it, and your morals say that you dont believe in "no sex before marriage" then you know you are ready. Having sex for the first time is intimate, and special. You dont want to regret it, and remember, once it happens, theres no turning back.

Alot of the posts here are misleading to some sense, I would have to agree with Chris1474 there is no real date or time. you yourself will know when you are ready for sex not your penis size nor your friends can tell you otherwise, when you feel the right time has come you'll know.

Penis size isn't really the driver here. if you are anything above 4" then it's going to fit and work.
It's more a question of emotional status. If you don't feel ready then you probably aren't but there is no reason to rush it. Technique will improve with time and practice.
