Hi Guys,
so I really want to start working out...going to the gym, lifting weights, etc. eating right...but I cant seem to get motivated...do any of you have some tips for easing into a workout routine?

Personally I suggest start with swimming, you can go with some of your friends and just fool around for a while, then swim a couple of laps. Swimming is a great way to warm-up all of your major muscle groups.

Thanks! I'll have to try that...it should be perfect fo rme, I alreayd love swimming :)

listen to some kick ass music. or bring a friend with you. they are always encouraging and motivating and it creates bonds.
