Hey swimmers. I was on a swim team growing up but quit after 3rd grade. This year I am a freshman and decided to join my high schools swim team. My question is: What do you shave, how much, and when? I'm talking sectionals, conference, etc. Thanks!

Ehh, I don't really shave much for swim reasons. I do periodically shave my pubes and happy trail for the smoothness, and it helps to glide in the water better, but not too much. I shave my underarms for actual swim meets, but not practice. IDK, I don't shave too much for swim reasons.

Most swimmer shave almost all their hair off, pubics, leeds, arms, and armpits. But I see no need to arms and leggs Hell, what do I know ask some kids on the team what they shave?

Hey if you're lucky they'll show you.

I'm a swimmer too. I don't have anything to shave yet but a lot of the guys on my team shave anything not covered by speedos or swim cap

i once was a swimmer but on water sports when doing board diving you have short hair to stop splash and aerodynamics so that it just does not cause you to hit the water off the target
