VirtualBox won't work

Hi ppl...

I just installed VirtualBox on Fedora14. It doesn't work.
So, first of all, I decided I'd try running Win98 on it. Just to see if it works.

Adding a new VM was no problem. But as soon as I press start, I get this error message. See the attachment titled error.png. I tried running the vboxdrv setup and the dkms thing, but that failed. See error1.png. What's the problem here? Why isn't it working?

You do not have the necessary packages to compile a new kernel module. I would try a "yum install kernel-devel" first.

ok, i'll try that as soon as I have access to my machine.....

Edit: Tried that, but it says it's already the latest version.
why can't it ever work on the first try?
