I've been really, really dizzy for like three hours, and I have no idea why. It's kind of freaking me out. I also have a bit of a headache, don't know if it's related. Does anyone know what this could be from?

That is most likely your problem i would drink sips of water and eat some crackers or something light. you are dehydrated and prob low on sugar.

I don't think I can make myself eat anything right now, but I'll definitely drink some water. Thanks for the advice. (:

I get like this when I don't eat properly for over a week. It will only get worse if you don't eat.

I know not eating only makes it worse, it's just that I hate eating so much I don't even know if it's worth eating to not be dizzy.

Boom, headshot. This is most likely the cause of your nausea.
If you don't eat enough and drink enough, your body will not be able to maintain its balance of water / vital nutrients and electrolytes through your various organs. This means you can end up feeling pretty crappy as your body isn't too happy. An imbalance / deficiency of things such as electrolytes means that electrical conduction systems throughout your body won't work properly. This can lead to continuous headaches / muscle twitching / cardiac problems. The lack of correct nutrients in your body can also lead to numerous problems such as problems with growth / general lethargy due to muscle weakness / feeling depressed / a reduction in efficient function of your organs.
Make sure you eat regular meals each day and that you drink enough water / fluids. Don't keep skimping on things like food. However hard for you it might be now / how ever much relief it might bring you in not eating, just remember that in the long run it isn't going to do you any good as mentioned. Humans need fuel every now and then.

You're right. That's got to be it. I realized today just how little I drink (not that I eat much, but that's intentional). I had one bottle of water for lunch and two swim practices and I didn't even finish it today.
