I did about 3 medium cuts slowly last night, and then a did another one, applying the same pressure, but a lot faster. Fuck, it was deep. Well, it wasn't actually that deep, it didn't bleed as much as the last deep one I did, but the edges are really far apart, it's really wide. It looks wierd o_O My parents took my steristrips away when the found out, which I personally think was stupid. It's like the expected me to stop just becuse they know.

But I'm pretty sure it'll scar. I have to wait for my mum to drop me off at my dad's this afternoon before I can get any steristrips. And then I'll have to sneak them into the house. I don't want an infection, so I guess I'll have to.

I don't know what to do. I can't tell my parents.

This thread is pointless tbh. I'm not asking a question, I just felt the need to say that I've fucked up big time.

Georgia, you may have fucked up this time but don't let it get to you. We all fuck up. You just need to pick yourself back up again and keep going.
As for hiding the steristrips, take a big bag with you :P

Yeah, sometimes parents do things that actually do more harm than good. And yes, you did fuck up but like Kathy said, we all fuck up. Just put it behind you and reslove not to fuck up again.

Yeah, parents can do some pretty stupid things sometimes. When I was still living with my parents, they didn't really expect to be funding me with bandaids. I had to snatch those big ones from their bathroom because I'd run out all the time. At first, they didn't really get continuing to give me bandaids, but the thing is, I had them realise that if I'm going to self-harm anyway, I might as well protect them and keep them clean you know o.O It's sort of how hospitals will give druggies clean needles. Since they'll do it anyway, they're just making sure they're safe. It was always awkward to write bandaids on the shopping list, but it was necessary.
