I have school tomorrow and have PE and in PE we have to wear sleeveless shirts and i been cutting my arms all weekend, any tips to get rid of my cut marks? i dont want my parents or anyone else to find out i cut :confused::confused::confused:

Say you feel ill so that you get out of PE?
Or are you sure there is no way you can wear something long sleeved?
If you don't think you can get of PE, maybe you can get the day off school? No the ideal solution but one that i've used previously.

i thought about it and i'll probably just wear a long sleeve shirt under everything and say its to keep me warm for the winter and thanks for the suggestions :) i appreciate it a lot
