Well to my mind all pasta tastes the same, its just different shapes. So its all about the sauce. Having said that I prefer ribbon shapes like tagliatelle or linguine. Carbonara is great, but I would go for spicey meatballs or something fishy. Linguine with mussels or prawns would be good.

sometimes with the red sauce I'll get the stuff that has garlic and lik 4 or 5 cheeses in

at the restaurant I worked at they used manicotti or something like that
