Well heres the story...
Im 14 nearly 15 not too long ago I started to notice little white lumps around the head of my penis (like grains of salt)

is it PPP or is it something which happens through puberty?

This sounds like PPP to me but it could just be something normal? Are they painful? Sore? Are they under the head of the penis?

They could be pimples, thats the description that ppl have said about pimples
