So question! If you are weighing yourself with clothes on, how much do you subtract with what the scale is saying?

Depends how many layers are on. Sometimes clothes can add up to 2-3 pounds if they are heavy.

Personally, I always wear pretty much the same thing when I weigh myself so I don't have that sort of problem. I just take whatever I weigh with skinny jeans and a short-sleeve t-shirt on. That sounds about right though.

Thank you both for your help. I usually wear sweatpants, long sleeves, and a sweatshirt, when I weigh myself. Sometimes really heavy jewerly. My brother's high school ring, and a few rings of my own, and a jade necklace. Sometimes an armfull of bracelets.
Or I wear tights, shorts, a skirt, long sleeve polo, a wool sweater, and maybe another sweatshirt. So I'm guessing I subract 3 lbs when I weigh myself like that then.

I never take clothes into account. Then again, I hardly ever weigh myself.

If you're looking for an exact number, it would be better to do it naked, but if you just want a rough idea, it doesn't matter.

I always do it when I'm in boxers but if you wanted to be exact weight yourself naked or weigh your clothes and subtract it
