Is this normal?

I'm thireen years old and I
haven't had my period yet.
I've ben told that it starts at
about 14 or 15 years old.
Does anybody know the average
age to start getting period?
My boday has developed but I

Don't worry, you're fine... average as from what I've heard is 14/15...

it also varies from person to person, you may start almost anytime,today , or tomorrow. but when your period begins it really isn't going to feel really pleasant, but after a couple periods you'll feel less and less "soreness"

well everyone i know started at age 12 and i heard that if you dont have your period b 15 you should go to a docter so i dont think its around 14 or 15?? i started at age 12??

I have been told in health class it GENERALLY starts at 12 - 14

Okay, what Ive read is that you get your period one year after your breasts begin developing. It also depends on your mothers development rate.

Dont worry about it too much. I remember I was so upset until I got my period - it's the worst thing ever! I hate it so much, it's painful and annoying. Trust me, you may feel relieved when you get it but after, you'll hate it.

Anyways, your still 13, i know plenty of girls that are 13 that havent gotten theirs yet, so just relax. You will get it

You have nothing to worry about. You are only 13. There is not set/certain age that you begin your period. It just happens sometime within puberty.

hey hun, dont worry bout it, in fact b happy, i didnt get my period untill i was nearly 17!! so dont worry, at 1st i wished i had it because i wanted to b like everyone else, but then i realised as i watched my friends that it didnt seem to great a thing to have, it hurts, it can b imbaressing when you go threw your clothes, and generally not nice, so i was happy i didnt have mine!! try to b as well, and its if you havent started by the time you are 18 then you should go to the doctors about it, not 15 hardcore!!! lol

i got mine at 12 and im now 16, but from what i know and the reserch iv done on it id say your fine you should get it soon, the age reange is usuakly 12-14.

if it doesnt come by the time yer 15 you should consult a parent or doctor.

I believe that it occurs beteen 11-15.
