Free AntiVirus

We use Avast Free, but we were looking for a new(better) anitivirus that's free. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I've always liked avast!, but I've heard that the free version of AVG is good. Avira is good too, but there is an ad every time you boot up.

Microsoft Security Essentials, never liked AVG. Loads of reports seem so bad about it, and my dad had it and his computer messed up after installing it. And it did not detect viruses when he had some... But MSE has detected them fine for me, you don' notice it in the background and autoupdates.

I love avast, but I agree — Microsoft Security Essentials is the best alternative. I've never liked AVG.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is the best free one out there(according to PC magazine).

I use Microsoft Security Essentials and it works great for me
