How to make it work?

So been going out with a girl I have been friends with for a while... Problem is it's just not seeming to be working. Like the other difference currently than before is texts end with "x ly" and we text and call more often. At school it's no different, just treated as friends.

I really like her and want to get it going, but ... Don't know how. Have not even held her hand yet :/

You could, invite her over to hang out.
Invite her to stuff.
Ask her if she wants to hold hands, some people do, some people don't.
