I'm not exactly sure about DDOS.
A DMCA Takedown Notice is a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Takedown Notice.
So pretty much a legal copyright infringement notice of anything that violates copyright on the internet.

What is a DDOS Attack?
A DDOS attack is a Distributed Denial of Service Attack.
It's pretty much what it sounds like; a number of computers (The more computers, the more effective the attack will be) all start trying to load something from (Or send something to) a computer, server, or group of servers to try and max out it's internet connection. Essentially rendering it unusable.
