I wouldn't say anything about it, but its a gray area. Nudist photos are taken non-sexually, and with the purpose of spreading the idea of nudism, and creating memories, just like a normal picture. So, its not porn, it would be like looking up pics of people he finds hot and masturbating to those. However, he is not a pedophile, because a pedophile is an adult, or someone who is several years older to, who is sexually attracted to children.
