"Self sucking"

I've seen around some post of people self sucking, and I gotta admit. Doesn't that hurt your spine / back / cage rib? Can you harm yourself for self sucking?

people who can do it, are usualy quite flexable and have warmed up before hand.

it can hurt you if you dont prepare propperly, and it doesnt always hurt.

Yes, you can harm yourself by attempting to self suck. A doctor will recommend you do not, but im sure most people have tried.

i am jealous of all those people who can suck themselves because i have tried and have no success lol but yes it can hurt you if you strain your back or you can even slip a disc in your neck/back

ive done it plenty (i can only get the head in my mouth) but only on certain days....some days i cant reach...while others i can reach a lil lower...lol idk how that works but yeah usually when im finished and i straighten back up my back hurts a lil but not to the point of "oh im never doing that again"

Yes people can do it; but yes it can harm you. Make sure you warm yourself up and as soon as it hurts (if it does) stop!!

A herniated disc is when the cartilagenous membrane(the membrane that surrounds the cartilage inbetween the vertabrea) has the tendency with great amounts of pressure or none at all "slip" or "herniate". An example of a herniation is an ingulinal hernia. What happens is the large intestine breaks through the muscle that seperates it from the scrotum below and othere organs and body parts and allows the intestine to fall into the scrotum and causes and inguinal hernia. With a herniated disc interstitualcartilagenous slips away from the cartilagenous membrane and causes a lot of pain and most likly will have to be fixed with surgery. most people who try fail. it is nearly impossible and you would have to be very flexible to do so. You could stretch a muscle a little to much. So to answer you question: yes, you can hurt yourself.

to the op you can definately hurt your self if you try too hard and get to it too fast
listen to your body and stop if it hurts.
