Going to my psychiatrist I haven't seen since April. My mom set up the appointment.. she says I have to talk about my cutting and everything else. Thing is, if I tell the truth, how much I cut and how I feel.. he's going to put me back in the self-harm clinic. I don't want to go back there. At all. I don't NEED it. I'm just really nervous, and what should I say? The WHOLE truth? Or just some of it.. I don't know.

If you don't tell him the whole truth, he can't help you. And it'll feel good to get it off your chest, you'd be surprised. So tell him everything, he's a psychiatrist, he won't be shocked, and he'll be able to help you much better.

Personally I'd tell him the whole truth, you'll feel better for it in the long run, and the more you tell him the more he will be able to help you.
Thats what he's there for.
Chances are he's heard similar things before.
Don't worry
